WHOLESALE ACCOUNT TERMS: By submitting this application, you confirm that you operate as a licensed business entity. Valid reseller documentation must be provided upon request. Zenlightful Snacks, LLC retains the right to modify these terms or revoke wholesale privileges at any time to ensure compliance.

AUTHORIZED RESALE CHANNELS: We welcome you to sell Zenlightful products through your physical store(s) or your own business website. However, to protect our brand consistency, we do not permit sales on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or TikTok Shop. Furthermore, to protect brand identity, resellers may not utilize "Zenlightful" or related trademarked terms in Google Ads or paid search keywords. Please review the full Authorized Resale Policy

PRICING and MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE: To ensure fair competition and healthy margins for all partners, resellers are required to adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines. Zenlightful Snacks, LLC reserves the right to update pricing and policies as market conditions evolve. Please review the full MAP Policy

LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION: Resellers agree to indemnify and accept full liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from their business operations, marketing, or sales practices. Furthermore, in the event of any claim related to defective product or order errors, Zenlightful Snacks, LLC’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the goods purchased.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All designs, products, and website content remain the sole property of Zenlightful Snacks, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Resellers are strictly prohibited from reproducing, reprinting, or digitally distributing any brand photography, sales materials, or product designs without express written consent.
