SHIPPING POLICY
At Zenlightful Snacks, we want your order to arrive in the same delicious, nutritious, and indulgent condition it left our warehouse. Here is everything you need to know about how we get our snacks to your door.

Processing Time & Business Days
  • Standard Orders: We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) from our east coast facility.

  • Cutoff Times: Most orders placed before 12:00 PM ET ship the same day. Orders placed after that (or on weekends/holidays) will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates
We believe in keeping shipping simple and predictable. Instead of complicated calculations at checkout, we offer a straightforward flat-rate structure:
  • Sampler Box: $5.95 Flat Rate (Includes Tracking)

  • Standard Flat Rate: $8.95 (for orders under $39)

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $39 (after discounts are applied)

  • Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? We offer expedited options (e.g., 2-Day, Overnight) at checkout. Please note: These rates are calculated based on weight and destination and are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

  • Subscription Orders: Our "Subscribe & Save" orders follow the same shipping rates as above. If your subscription shipment is over $39, it ships FREE! If it is under $39, the standard flat rate applies.

Where We Ship
We believe everyone deserves a Zenlightful moment, no matter where they live! We are proud to ship to all 50 states, Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and all U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands).

(Note: For our friends outside the contiguous U.S., please allow a little extra time for your snacks to arrive!)

  • P.O. Boxes: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes! Please note that P.O. Box orders will automatically ship via USPS, as private carriers like UPS cannot deliver to them.

  • Sending Gifts? We can only ship to one address per order. If you’d like to send Zenlightful snacks to multiple friends (you’re awesome!), please place a separate order for each delivery address.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We are honored to ship to our troops serving abroad! However, please keep in mind that military mail can take significantly longer to arrive (sometimes 2–6 weeks) depending on your station.
  • Tracking: Tracking updates often stop once the package leaves the U.S. and is handed off to the Military Postal Service.

  • Melt Risk: Because of the extended transit times and lack of temperature control in military mail, we cannot guarantee that chocolate-coated items will arrive unmelted, even with ice packs.

Please Note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for heat-damaged items shipped to APO/FPO addresses. If you are stationed in a warm region, we highly recommend ordering our non-chocolate items!

Carriers & Tracking
To ensure your snacks arrive as fast as possible, our fulfillment center selects the best carrier for your specific location. Because we optimize for speed, we cannot accommodate requests for specific carriers.

  • Tracking Updates: As soon as your label is printed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking info. (Sometimes the carrier misses the initial scan, but your package is still on the way!)

Changes & Delivery Issues
Because we try to ship your snacks as fast as possible (sometimes within hours!), we have a very small window to make changes.

  • Need to edit your address? Please email support@zenlightfulsnacks.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Change Order". While we cannot guarantee we can catch it in time, we will do our absolute best.

  • Returned or Refused Packages: If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to reship it (if applicable)! However, a re-shipping fee of $8.95 will apply. If you prefer a refund, we will refund the order minus an $8.95 shipping/restocking fee.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Packages
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please email us at support@zenlightfulsnacks.com within 48 hours. Please include a photo of the issue so we can make it right immediately.

  • Lost: If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, please check around your property and with neighbors (sometimes carriers hide packages to keep them safe!). If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us.
