Overview & Eligibility This website is operated by Zenlightful Snacks, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Zenlightful. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss All items purchased from Zenlightful are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Shipping Policy: For details on our current shipping rates, processing times, and free shipping thresholds, please visit our Shipping Policy.  Delivery Responsibility: Title and the risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Porch Piracy: Zenlightful is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after a carrier has marked the shipment as "delivered." We recommend providing a secure delivery address.

Returns, Exchanges & Satisfaction For food safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Valid for your initial purchase only and limited to the refund or replacement of one (1) full-sized box or one (1) Sampler Box. If you are unsatisfied, contact support@zenlightfulsnacks.com within 10 days of delivery. At our discretion, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund of the product cost (excludes shipping). Damaged Items: Please report shipping damage with photo documentation within 3 days for a replacement or credit. Third-Party Purchases: Must be handled through the specific retailer’s portal (e.g., Amazon or retail stores).

Automatic Renewal & Subscription Terms By signing up for our "Subscribe & Save" program, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Subscription Perks: Subscribers receive a "VIP Perk" discount on recurring orders. We reserve the right to modify discount rates or perks at any time upon notice to you. Manage, Pause, or Cancel: You may pause, skip, swap, or cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Access to the portal is provided via a secure, passwordless "Magic Link" sent to your registered email address. Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled bill date. Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval until you cancel.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Zenlightful reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, for any reason. Your order is an offer to purchase which is not accepted by us until we process and ship your items.

Personal Use & Resale Prohibitions You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, household, or internal business use only. You may not purchase Zenlightful products for the purpose of commercial resale, export, or further distribution to third parties without a separate formal wholesale agreement.

General Conditions & Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Authorized Retailers & Third-Party Sales Zenlightful products sold through authorized third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s specific terms. We cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

User-Generated Content By submitting reviews, photos, or video testimonials, you grant Zenlightful Snacks, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish such Content in any media, including for paid marketing and advertisements.

Mobile Messaging & SMS Compliance In the event Zenlightful Snacks, LLC offers an SMS marketing program, by opting into such a program, you agree to receive automated marketing messages. If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify Zenlightful immediately. You agree to indemnify Zenlightful for any legal fees incurred due to continued messaging to a deactivated number if you failed to provide notice.

Ambassador, Affiliate & Referral Compliance Participants in our Ambassador, Affiliate, or "Refer & Earn" referral programs must comply with all FTC Guidelines. This includes clearly disclosing that you may receive a commission, credit, or reward for successful referrals (e.g., #ad or #referral). Participants may not engage in spam, fraudulent activity, or make unsubstantiated health or medical claims. Zenlightful reserves the right to revoke rewards or terminate participation for violations.

Product Modifications & Availability Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify recipes, packaging, or ingredients, or to discontinue any product at our sole discretion at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, promotions, or availability, and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be settled by binding, individual-only arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
