Subscription Policy

At Zenlightful Snacks, LLC our "Subscribe & Save" program is designed to keep your pantry stocked and your routine seamless. By placing a subscription order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Benefits & Recurring Charges
When you purchase a subscription, you secure your supply of your favorite snacks at the frequency you select (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days).

  • The VIP Perk: You receive 10% off every single subscription order.


  • The Charge: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the interval you selected.


  • The Consent: By proceeding with checkout, you authorize Zenlightful Snacks to charge your payment method for each recurring shipment until you pause or cancel.


Upcoming Order Notifications
We don't like surprises, and we know you don't either.

  • We will send you an email notification 3 days before your upcoming renewal is processed.


  • This email gives you a chance to update your flavor, change your address, skip the shipment, or cancel before the charge goes through.


Managing Your Subscription
You are in full control. You can manage your subscription at any time through your Customer Portal. No password is required - we send a secure "Magic Link" directly to your email so you can access your account instantly.

  • Skip a Shipment: Going on vacation? You can skip a delivery without cancelling.


  • Swap Flavors: Want to try something new? You can swap products for your next delivery.


  • Change Frequency: You can adjust how often you receive shipments (e.g., change from 30 days to 45 days).


Cancellation & Modification Deadlines
We believe you should stay because you love the snacks, not because you are locked in. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time without penalty, subject to the following cutoff time:

  • The 24-Hour Rule: You must cancel or modify your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment date.


  • Why? Once a renewal order is processed by our system (usually early in the morning on the shipment date), it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be stopped or edited.


Refund Policy for Renewals

  • First Order: Your very first subscription shipment is covered by our "Love at First Bite" 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.


  • Renewal Orders: Once a renewal order has been processed and shipped, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned. We cannot offer refunds for "forgotten" subscriptions if the order has already left our facility.


  • Our Advice: Please keep an eye out for the reminder email we send 3 days in advance!


Payment Failures
If your payment method is declined (e.g., expired card), we will attempt to re-charge it over the next few days. If payment continues to fail, we will automatically pause or cancel your subscription to prevent further issues. You can update your payment info anytime in the portal.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our product pricing at any time. However, if price changes affect your subscription, we will notify you via email well in advance, giving you plenty of time to cancel if you do not agree to the new price.

Product Availability & Discontinuation
Occasionally, we may retire a flavor or run out of stock on a seasonal item (e.g., a limited-time holiday flavor). If a product in your subscription becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email and pause your subscription to prevent you from being charged for an item we cannot ship.

Mobile Message Terms
By signing up for a subscription, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text (e.g., SMS/MMS) messages from Zenlightful Snacks, including messages about your subscription status, renewal reminders, and payment issues.

  • Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.


  • Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from texts at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.


  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
