Zenlightful Snacks values its partnerships and strives to maintain a consistent brand experience for all customers. Therefore, we do not allow the resale of our products on online marketplaces that include, but are not limited to Amazon, WalMart, or eBay. This policy ensures a fair market for all partners and protects the Zenlightful Snacks brand.
MAP Policy
To protect Zenlightful’s reputation as a premium brand and incentivize investment and effort from our valued resellers, we have implemented a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. The MAP Policy aims to prevent resellers from prioritizing price over service and support in their advertising and sales practices. Such practices can damage Zenlightful's brand and create an unfair playing field for our resale partners. Zenlightful will not do business with any reseller who intentionally advertises any MAP Product below its minimum advertised price. Minimum Order Quantity
We understand that our partners have diverse needs. To accommodate this, we offer a single case as a minimum order quantity, providing flexibility for small orders and making restocking convenient.
Payment Terms & Conditions
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments for orders can be made via ACH, wire transfer, credit card (3% transaction fee), or debit card (1.5% transaction fee). Please note that a $15 fee will be applied to all wire transfers.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Order Fulfillment: Each order must be shipped to a single location.
2. Shipping Rates (Continental US and Hawaii): We will always select the most cost-effective shipping rates available. Shipping costs are included in the final order price.
3. International: International shipping is not available at this time.
